Curtis Burrows replaced Danny Meadows and The Gingerbreads attacked down the hill.

Luke Shaw showed The Gingerbreads intent with a pacey run that resulted in a corner.

Chances fell to The Gingerbreads and the travelling support found their voice.

Then came the minutes that turned the match. Michael Hollingsworth was brought down in the box, after what seemed an age. Luke Shaw placed the ball on the spot and put The Gingerbreads level.

The ball found it's way into the box, the Spennymoor keeper spilt in and Luke Shaw again was the man who put The Gingerbreads in front! Fans and Players enjoyed the celebration showing how close everyone is at the moment.

Spennymoor tried but resolute defending and some great saves from Kieran Preston meant The Gingerbreads took all the points and travel back down the A1 in celebration.
