The Gingerbreads FA Trophy run ended at Boldmere St Michaels on Saturday.
With injuries and players unavailable, Paul Rawden had to make a number of changes.
In a first half that saw chances few and far between, the game changed when the Assistant Referee called the Referee over for an off the ball incident involving Luke Hinsley, it resulted in a red card.
Minutes after the sending off and deep into first half added time, Boldmere scored the opening goal.
The Gingerbreads were level just 4 minutes after the break. Rodrigo Goncalves was fouled in the box and Gregg Smith made sure the ball went into the back of the net from the resulting penalty.
Paul Rawden was forced to make more changes when on the hour Sam Muggleton and Seb Robbemond clashed heads and both had to leave the pitch.
The Gingerbeads held strong but on 87 minutes, Boldmere took the lead again when the ball was not cleared.
Despite Curtis Hall coming up for a late free kick, corner and throw in, The Gingerbreads could not get an equaliser to force a penalty shoot out.
