Sheffield FC (A) - 3rd time lucky

The Gingerbreads hope the pitch at Sheffield FC passes the planned 3.30pm inspection today.

"We're desperate to get playing again." said Louis Bland "We wanted to get out ASAP after the Ferriby defeat, but with Liversedge being postponed and Saturday being a blank week, it hasn't been possible.

Obviously we had the friendly against Stamford and that was useful to give minutes, but friendlies are not the same as the real thing."

While The Gingerbreads have been without football, Sheffield have been in action. Winning 4 on the trot before an away defeat at Hebburn on Saturday.

Louis added "Everyone knows we need to get a result. We've got a group who are determined to fight all the way. Every training session has been really positive"

A full squad is available but this does not include Luke Horne, as he has left the Club to join Grimsby Borough.

If you're not heading to the match then updates will be posted across our social media accounts.
