The Gingerbreads are due to travel to Wellingborough Town this afternoon, but after the river Nene burst its banks in the week it has caused flooding at the Dog & Duck Stadium. A pitch inspection will take place at 10.30am
"We've had some honest conversations about what happened last Saturday" said Paul Rawden "What happened after the second goal wasn't good enough, we all know that
"We've trained Tuesday and Thursday, we want to get back on the pitch Saturday and give ourselves the chance to show that last weeks reaction was a one off"
Wellingborough Town currently sit 10th in the table, 6 points outside the Play Off positions. Last Saturday they drew 1-1 in a local derby against AFC Rushden & Diamonds. Will Jones is their top scorer with 5 in all competitions.
News on the pitch inspection will be posted on our social media accounts, and if the match is on we'll be post match updates there too.
