After the disappointment of the result at AFC Rushden & Diamonds on Tuesday night, The Gingerbreads look to make amends at Lye Town today
"The first half we were fantastic, probably the best we had played all season. The red cards changed the match. I thought though, despite the goals late on, those that were on the pitch did us proud. I'd also like to thank the fans for their support which carried on right until the end
Saturday though is a new day, a new match and a chance to get 3 points " said Louis Bland
Lye Town currently sit bottom of the table, with one point from their 8 matches this season. This week they have signed striker Matt Gardner from Coton Green.
"We have to be ready, we need points as much as they do. They won't want to give them to us easily" added Louis "We have signed centre back Luke Redfern on dual registration from Stamford. He was at Halesowen last season."
For supporters who are not making the trip, updates will be posted across our social media accounts.
