Grantham Town FC Reserves, sponsored by Grantham Truck Services and HRB Roofing and Cladding, were formerly, AFC Colsterworth Sports and Social Club.
A Reserve team returns to Grantham Town after 16 years.
The Reserves face Gedling Southbank FC at 3pm on Saturday, 9th August.

League History & Competitions
• 1994–95: The club’s reserve team entered the Lincolnshire League, finishing 17th of 20, despite a three point deduction. They remained in that league through 1998–99, finishing mid-table, before briefly exiting in 1999
• 2000–01: Rejoined the Lincolnshire League and won the reserve division championship, finishing top of 15 teams
• 2001–02: Continued in the same league, finishing around mid-table (4th of 14)
• 2007–08: Re-entered the Lincolnshire League again, finishing around 10th of 16
• 2008–09: Withdrew mid-season and had their record expunged
• In the early 2000s, reserve sides in Lincolnshire often fed into the United Counties League’s Reserve Divisions, but there’s no evidence Grantham’s reserves competed widely in wider reserve competitions of that league during that era
Notable Achievements
• Lincolnshire League Reserve Champions in 2000–01 was a standout year for the reserves, marking their peak performance in the county reserve setup .
Recent Activity & Fixtures
• As of August 2025, Grantham Town Reserves are active, with a full fixture list in the Euro Soccer Nottinghamshire Senior League. Upcoming matches include games against Gedling Southbank, Radcliffe Olympic Reserves, and others through spring 2026.
