Tom Ford will take on the role of Assistant Manager while continuing in his other responsibilities at the Club. Tom will serve as a key link between the Scholars, Youth Set-Up, and the First Team.

Garry Doran joins as Goalkeeper Coach, bringing a wealth of experience to Mitch’s team. As a player, Garry has represented Bourne Town, Sleaford Town, West Bridgford, and most recently, Sandiacre Town. He also served as Goalkeeper Coach for the Lincolnshire County U16 Girls’ side.

Jake Sleaford returns to the Club as First Team Physio after spending last season with The Gingerbreads on placement. He now joins the team in a full-time capacity.

Speaking about the appointments, Mitch Griffiths said:

Tom, with his work with the Scholars, is really important — and as a local lad, he’s passionate about putting a smile on supporters’ faces. Jake will be a great asset for us as we do everything possible to keep our players fit and available. Garry’s experience as a player will be extremely valuable in the dressing room — he’s seen and done it all"
