The Gingerbreads will be hoping for a better November after losing every game they played in October, the most recent being a 4-0 defeat at home to Halesowen Town in the FA Trophy.
The defeat extended the winless run to seven games in all competitions, during which Town have only managed to score four goals.
Despite not playing during the week, the Gingerbreads still remain in 14th place and six points clear of the relegation spots.
Warrington have enjoyed a good start to the season - currently occupying the last play-off place in fifth place as well as also taking National League side Halifax Town to a replay in the final qualifying round of the FA Cup, losing 2-0 to The Shaymen.
The Wire have been in good form losing only two of their last five league games, the most recent being a 2-1 defeat away at Nantwich Town in midweek.
Grantham fans will have happy memories of the last fixture between the two sides where Grantham emerged as 3-0 victors in the play-off semi-final last season, after second half goals from Stefan Galinski, Danny Meadows and Jordan Hempenstall secured the win.
Grantham boss Richard Thomas is hoping for a better reaction from his players this weekend and says his side have what it takes to get the win: "Luckily for us this week we've had no midweek game, so we have been able to concentrate on working on a plan for this weekend. I know the ability these players have and I'm confident we can get a positive result against a good side."
On Thursday night, the Gingerbreads added Pierce Bird and Remaye Campbell on loan from Notts County to the squad, and both are available for selection. We welcome them to the club, and hope their time with us is a successful one.
Morgan Penfold and Tom Batchelor remain the only long term absentees from the side while the rest of the squad is available.
