The Gingerbreads are looking to recover from last weekend's disappointing 2-1 defeat at home to North Ferriby United to leave Town with just one win in two months.
Danny Durkin had originally scored the equaliser to take his tally to three goals in two games, however the Gingerbreads were unable to find another equaliser after Ferriby took a 2-1 lead.
The result saw Grantham drop two places to 16th but still remain six points above the drop zone.
Hyde have faired well so far after being promoted last season and have only lost two of their last five games.
The Tigers also lost last weekend, suffering a 2-1 defeat away at play-off contenders Warrington Town to leave them 13th in the table.
In the previous meeting between the sides earlier in the season, the black and white of Grantham emerged as 1-0 victors thanks to a late Jack McGovern penalty.
Grantham boss Richard Thomas called for his side to improve their concentration and create more chances ahead of this weekend's fixture.
He said: "We all want to put last week right. The performance wasn't good enough and we weren't on our game.
"The boys have been working hard ahead of this weekend to ensure that they can go out and get the three points on Saturday.
If we keep our concentration levels high for 90 minutes and we can create chances regularly throughout the game, I have full faith we can win this weekend against a well-organised opposition.
New signing Chris Salt could make his debut for the club after the centre-back joined from Stamford on Thursday.
Tom Batchelor and Tom Ward remain the only long-term absentees through injury.
The rest of the squad is available.
